Workshops are designed to progressively develop your skills and knowledge while improving your strength, conditioning and mobility with new functional exercises. You can continually repeat these programs as your attempt to master the craft.

Hercules

Hercules is 3 workshops of 2 hrs each learning how to lift. It will improve your overall strength and knowledge of lifting. In Hercules you will learn big movements like the squat, deadlift, clean, various pushing and rowing exercises. This is the perfect starting point for learning to lift weights!

Movement

In this workshop we look at your movement patterns using the Functional Movement Screen. We identify limitations to your movement and provide exercises to improve your strength, mobility and motor control. It will help prevent injury and provide a baseline for monitoring your progress moving forward.

Shape Up

A 6 week program combing a meal plan, including recipes, a weekly exercise plan and organised classes to get the best results possible. With health and fitness assessments at the beginning and end of the 6 weeks to keep you motivated and on track for great results!

Oly

Oly is 3 workshops of 2 hrs each learning how to Olympic lift. It focuses on the ballistic and explosive application of strength. Exercises performed include the clean, snatch and jerk. An emphasis is placed on timing and precision so you can perform these exercises safely.

Tactical

Tactical training is tough work! You will learn in this workshop how to flip tyres, climb ropes, scale walls, carry sandbag and much more. We focus on good technique, all while getting ridiculously fit. Tactical training works across all plains of motion and uses complex movements requiring effort and coordination. A must try workshop!

Combat

Learn how to throw combinations of different kicks, elbows, knees and punches in Combat, a challenging but fun workshop. Delivered in a non-threatening, fun and friendly environment, this class will build your confidence, self-esteem and self preservation skills while pushing you physically and mentally.

Jim

Jim is a gymnastics fundamentals workshop for 4 hours. You will learn skill progressions to perform exercises such as toe push-ups and handstands. Other functional equipment will include rings, straight bar and parallel bars.
