Hercules and Oly are learning to lift strength workshops that will improve your overall strength and knowledge of lifting. Within the Hercules program you will learn big movements like the squat, deadlift, clean, various pushing and rowing exercises. This is the perfect starting point for building strength!
Oly will focus on the snatch, the clean & jerk and multiple variations of these exercises to improve your Olympic lifting skills. These workshops provide important information for safe lifting and the coaching cues to improve your lifts. You will learn how to analyse your lifts and others with video feedback. If you want to improve your Athlete classes, taking these workshops is highly recommended.
All fitness and experience levels are welcome.
