These 45min classes use functional exercises that are constantly changing and a lot of fun. Sessions involve high intensity anaerobic exercise with all fitness levels welcome.

The ultimate 45 minute boxing class in a circuit format combining functional exercises with boxing bags, speedballs and focus pads with trainers. All fitness levels are welcome.

A performance driven class adding a high level of task mastery, introducing complex, functional movements, alongside familiar exercises used in 5th FHIT. Some training experience is recommended.

Wallabies

Fun fitness class for ages 7 - 9yrs.
Kids play games and learn the basics with a fitness focus in a fun environment.
All fitness levels are welcome.
