Achieve a fit, strong healthy body through mat Pilates working each area of the body to improve your strength, flexibility, coordination, control and balance. These 60 minute classes cater to all levels of ability and use props such as magic circles, toning balls and resistance bands.

Suspension classes develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of suspension straps, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the users body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.
